Trading System Extension

These will allow you to assign a preferred behavior for your turrets I use Missile Defense on my TS's. I really hate when I'm on a mission and suddenly it fails because my target already died Some people feel like the free ship thing is kinda cheaty. It's hard to make money on secondaries. Although the Eclipse isn't bad at that either. If you set Pirate to Friend in your Friend Foe setting, some of them will turn blue and you won't even notice them.

A Trading System Extension permits a pilot to monitor and interact with the market functions of stations without docking to them, this is primarily useful for managing Out-of-Sector trading. It is a vital upgrade for trading tycoons maintaining far flung ships and stations.

Is there an advantage to have the "trading system extension" on ships I never fly myself? Showing 1 - 11 of 11 comments. Laptop View Profile View Posts. You can make another ship trade without needing to be in it, so you can do remote trade management. Originally posted by Laptop Originally posted by ZanyScum:. Please just reread my question. The advantage is that you will be able to trade on those ships remotely. The answer to the question is No. But it's also costs so little in comparison later on that there's no reason not to grab it on every ship you own in the event you decide to jump into another ship.

Terran Conflict This game is too difficult; any tips? Theres an icon near the bottom of the side menu that allows you to get out of your ship in a space suit that has a repair laser equipped so just use that: I read somewhere about this repair laser I think it was here , but people said that it's a mod that enables it. I'll check later if it exists on vanilla. Good, I do have this repair laser thing. All the starts include the Flight School tutorial, but it's not especially helpful anyway.

I wouldn't recommend playing the Custom start as all the plots are disabled. By reading the reviews, I got to the conclusion that this game is more a sandbox game than a plot oriented game.

It's not that I don't like plots, but I saw that there are like 10 different starts, and I don't think I'll have the pacience to go thought each one of them.

Considering that it takes so much time to do anything in this game, I won't spend tens of hours on one game to start from the beginning again, and again, and again So I thought that a custom game would give a better sensation of "do whatever you want for as long as you want".

Will I miss anything other than the plot? On a side note: I really hate when I'm on a mission and suddenly it fails because my target already died That's good to know. I started another game as a Humble Merchant.

Let's see if it's easier to make some money. I want to do some mining, but I can't find any place that sells a Mobile Drilling System. The Argon Equipment Dock should sell them, but it doesn't have any. Different EQ docks, even within the same race, carry different equipment. To a degree, anyway. Mobile drills are a tad expensive right out of the gate. You could either sell some parts off one of your two ships, or sell a ship outright for a boost of money.

That, or trade some lower-priced goods in the meantime and build up your race relations. Get the Trading System Extension so you can check on ware supplies and prices within a sector without having to dock at a station, then you can decide on which station to supply to the one offering the most per unit of ware and which to buy from the one with the highest stock and cheapest price.

Jul 27,  · Nov 08, Post subject: X3TC - Trading System Extension Problem Hi, I'w just bought and installed the Trading System Extension and a Duplex system on my Mercury. The first station I tried the Trading system was a Argon Shipyard and it worked well. I purchased the Trading System Extension and was excited to use the manual trade run so I wouldn't have to repeatedly tell something to keep.
